Q Using the organization that you work for or one that you are familiar with – Critique the organizational structure. What works? What doesn’t work? If you could start over how would you structure the organization? Why?
The organizational structure of an organization suggests the basic necessities of maintain the activities of the companies, such as the task allocation, supervision, and the coordination of the allocated tasks in a proper manner (Claver-Cortés et al. 2012). On the other hand, it can be stated that the basic achievement of an organization is depended on the organizational structure. I am working in the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and I want to mention that the success of this particular healthcare organization lies in its effective and potential organizational structure.
